Ru360,Ru360, is a cell-permeable oxygen-bridged dinuclear ruthenium amine complex. Binds to mitochondria with high affinity (Kd = 340 pM) and blocks Ca²⁺ uptake into mitochondria in vitro (IC₅₀ = 184 pM).
