Plasma Prekallikrein (EC 3.4.21.34), is the glycosylated single chain zymogen precursor of the plasma serine protease Kallikrein (PK ). It circulates with kininogen and is activated by Factor XIIa to Kallikrein in the intrinsic coagulation pathway.
