Anti-CD63 recognizes an extracellular fragment of CD63, a 56-kilodalton (kDa), type III lysosomal glycoprotein, belonging to the tet raspanin family. CD63 is expressed by granulocytes, platelets, T-cells, monocytes/macrophages, endothelial cells.
