Withstands temperatures between: -40°C and +70°C.Ideal for use as a food storage container in professional kitchens. Compatible with all Gastronorm systems and is therefore also suitable to use as a serving dish for buffets.IMPORTANT:Other sizes, such as polycarbonate (PC) Gastronorm trays, polycarbonate (PC) high-heat pans (up to +190°C), and stainless steel trays (inox 18-10) are available on favorable terms and in all sizes!
